D. Pearl Krueger 1932 – 2015 MALDEN – Pearl Krueger, age 83, died Sunday, May 10, 2015 at Illinois Valley Community Hospital in Peru, peacefully, having her loving family with her. A Memorial Service will be Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 4:30 P.M. at Norberg Memorial Home in Princeton. Brian Moore will officiate. There will be a visitation before the service from 3:00 – 4:30 P.M. also at the funeral home. Pearl was born on March 30, 1932 Short Creek Township, Harrison Co. OH to Angelo and Clara (Sutton) Dare. She married Roger W. Krueger on Dec. 24, 1972 in Downers Grove IL. She retired Jan 1, 1992 after 23 years as a machine operator at Harper Wyman in Princeton. After retirement Pearl handmade quilts for her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed playing handheld video games and entertained herself with them. She loved cooking and canning. She enjoyed her humming birds, for years feeding them and watching as they came to her feeders. She enjoyed game-shows on T.V. and kept the ‘Flipper’ remote near her at all times. She enjoyed her trips to FL, MS, TX, and TN to visit her children and grandchildren and to get away from the Midwest winters. Pearl also spent many happy hours at the Casino’s whenever she got the chance. Pearl is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Roger, her children Louis (Paula) of FL., Deborah of TN., David of TN., Jeffrey (Stephanie) of TX., and Eric of IL., her grandchildren Michelle, Michael, Chastity, Jonathan, Tara and Lindsay, and great-grandchildren Michael, Megan, Mackenzie, and Presley “Babba”. She is also survived by her sister Joanne (Don) Erb of Ohio, a sister-in-law Kaye Krueger, her Angel Joyce, a special Niece Donna of FL., and many other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters; Lucille, Dorothy and Virginia, and four brothers; Arthur in childhood, Earnest, John and Louis.
