Ruth Ellowise Palmer 1918 - 2007 Funeral service for Ruth Ellowise Palmer, age of, will be Tuesday, Aug 07, 2007 at 10:00 AM at the Norberg Memorial Home. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Mrs. Palmer passed away on July 30, 2007 at Perry Memorial. She was born on March 9, 1918 in Sheffield to Lloyd and Ruth (Owens) Rasmussen. She married Raymond Palmer on January 1, 1943. Ruth always enjoyed arts and crafts. Ruth is survived by her sons; Charles (Jackie) Palmer of Bureau and Larry Palmer of Malaysia. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren; Kenny (Julie) Palmer of Ladd, Casey Palmer of Malden and Kelsey Palmer of Princeton. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one son Donald Palmer. Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
